About
Immediate availability in person and telehealth! Starting therapy can feel daunting. I commend you for taking this step and hope you know that you are not alone. No matter what therapist is best suited for your needs, I wish you the best on your journey of personal growth. To help you understand if I’m the right person to be your partner in that journey, a little about me: I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and French at Ohio Wesleyan University and then completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Toledo.
I have experience working with adults and teens who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, domestic violence, intrusive thoughts, and phase of life issues. I practice from a person centered lens and have experience with CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and creative modalities including my therapy dog, Teddy.
Growth isn’t easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you have additional questions or want to get to know me more before scheduling, please reach out for a 15 minute consultation (no charge), I’d love to get to know you. To learn more and schedule, please see our website: www.summittherapyservices.com.
