Now I am excited to offer an exciting new process, called the "Flash Technique," that makes EMDR even better! This allows processing the highly disturbing memories and experiences without the disturbance...providing rapid, thorough and lasting relief. I work with you to make the internal changes that release you from old patterns. I've been in practice over 27 years and have a lifetime of my own experience to guide my work with you.
