Do you struggle with your body image and experience shame when you look in the mirror? Are you paralyzed with anxiety and unsure how to move forward in your life? Are you in the midst of a crisis of faith and unsure how to cope with the costs and uncertainty? I want to walk alongside you as I help you learn to interact differently with the thoughts and emotions that come along side theses experiences of anxiety, depression, and uncertainty. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, having attended a weeklong ACT Bootcamp in 2017. ACT seeks to change how you interact with your thoughts, emotions, and self as you move forward and build psychological flexibility. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy which uses skills training, validation, and radical genuineness.
