I have a wide range of experience working with people who want solutions to emotional and behavioral problems. My clients are often looking to better understand their experiences and looking to create change. Many of my clients find themselves feeling stuck by some circumstance and are looking for a new way forward.
My style is compassionate and strength based. I find that clients often have forgotten their strengths and natural abilities, and need help to identify and use them again. Whereas many therapists keep an emotional distance, I tend to be more emotionally open, helping clients to feel in the moment. I want to help you to become the best person you can be.
