I want to provide a safe space for you as you maneuver through stressors such as pregnancy loss, infertility, birthing plans, and the perinatal/postpartum period.
You may be asking, “Well, how are you going to do that?†Good question, by utilizing cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and through a trauma-informed lens. I have worked for over ten years in medical and mental health settings. I have training in CBT, ACT and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health.
